Sharp, Vice President Finance. A dean's list graduate of the University
of Ottawa, B.Comm (hon) and a Chartered Accountant since 1986, Steve
has been involved with operational structures from professional
partnerships, both regional and international to public companies.
Steve has extensive experience ranging from start up ventures to
established operations, with experience in treasury, corporate finance
and operational controls.
With his hands on style, Steve has been instrumental in recent financing
transactions for startups and a public offering raising new funding.
Steve also has comprehensive experience in successful grant applications,
tax presentations and filings.
